Since patchbays play an important role IT and telecommunications infrastructures, Bittree needs to provide RoHS compliant components and finished goods for installation in the EU. As such, Bittree must declare its components meant for the EU to be in compliance with the RoHS directive as of July 1st, 2006. What is Bittree's method for declaring compliance with the RoHS directive? Compliance with the RoHS directive will be declared on the packing slip per item, per shipment, when requested. The Product Specification sheet on www.bittree.com will also list RoHS compliance.
